We love wok cooking on weeknights. Turn up the burner all the way, throw in your fresh-cut ingredients, give it all a toss or two and you're finished. The firm tofu in this dish absorbs all the flavors: ginger, green onions, basil, peanuts, and soy sauce. Red peppers all a delightful crunch.
