Hallelujah, the weekend is in sight, and you need a no-brainer dinner tonight. Quick Main Thursday has you covered.

So simple: Place veggies, fish, olive oil and sea salt on some parchment paper, fold it all up into a little packet, and put it in the oven for about ten minutes. You can even prep the filled pouches ahead of time, store them in the fridge, and cook them off when dinner rolls around. It's also a great party trick: Bring it to the table in its pouch, and let each guest unwrap his own savory prize.
