Ignore people who tell you not to fill up on the bread. These days, chefs are putting asmuch into their glutenous offerings as the rest of the menu, and sometimes even (gasp!) charging for it. We're loving all the sourdough peasant loaves, sure, but we've also got athing for the biscuits, rolls, and pretzels--especially when there's a spread (or two) totake it all to the next level.
