Bon Appétit joins Chef Jackie Carnesi, head chef at the legendary Kellogg’s Diner in Brooklyn, as she transforms it into a New York-inspired Reuben Egg Roll, complete with homemade corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and crispy rye flour wrappers.
