Not quite a cake, not quite a meringue, this traditional souffle-like confection travels all the way from Salzburg, Austria. Many variations have little more than eggs, sugar, and flour, but this one ups the ante with a layer of raspberry sauce on the bottom and almonds on the top. Serve it warm with a dusting of powdered sugar and you've got a real NOCKout dessert.
