We all have our preferences. Pizza: thin or thick? Steak: rare or well? Cookies: chewy or crisp? These cocoa pecan cookies--for the crisp cookie lovers--are firm and delicious with a hint of butterscotch. Prep time is a short 20 minutes, but you're going to have to chill for a while.
