So far, this Cake Week, we've told you how to bake and ice cakes. We've also helped you with your most burning baking questions. Now it's time to turn to what's possibly the most difficult part of the whole layer caking shebang: cutting those layers. (And yes, we just used "cake" as a verb.) One of our resident Cake Queens, Jacket McCracken, has the 411 here. The things we're taking away? DO use a ruler. DON'T panic. With these tips, you'll be money--and you'll know it.
