It's never too early to get organized. Some time early this week, take note of the "DO-AHEAD" tips in the recipes you've selected and make a day-to-day schedule of of the prep work you can do ahead of time.
Create one big master shopping list, dividing it into three sections:
- Buy-now nonperishables (wine, canned pumpkin, and even a frozen turkey, if you opt for one)
- Items for the one-week-ahead grocery run
- Perishables to buy on November 23 or 24
