Here’s the menu for The Food Lover’s Cleanse Day 4. If you find yourself without frozen bananas to toss into today's breakfast smoothie, don't worry—throw a few ice cubes into the blender for a slushier effect. We bet you'll soon be making batches of the cool cucumber-yogurt sauce for tonight's salmon and drizzling it on everything in sight.
