Sweat season is upon us, and dehydration is pretty much the worst. (It can even cause loss of appetite. The horror!)
Luckily, there is, in fact, an app for that: Drinking Water tracks your H2O needs (set to eight glasses/day), and even has a little Pavlovian alarm built in. It goes something like this:
