You don't need a giant steak for a delicious, filling dinner. Change your diet by minimizing the amount of meat you eat, without eliminating it (read: pile on the veggies). To that end, we dedicated the recipes in the Fast, Easy, Fresh column of our February issue to using meat as a garnish, rather than as the centerpiece of your plate. It's healthier, more sustainable, and just as satisfying. We say, if it's an excuse to eat more pizza, we'll take it.
