M16 and GCHQ hacked an English-language online magazine produced by Al Qaeda (Ed.: Wait, when did Al Qaeda adopt the Slate.com editorial model?) and replaced bomb-making instructions with cupcake recipes according to a a story today in the Guardian. Even though it looks like this happened nearly a year ago, it's news to us:
