So, I remember that when we were developing
recipes with this gruel package,
and I wasn't the editor on that story,
so I technically should not have been tasting the recipes,
but there was just all this talk coming up
from the test kitchen about this mystical popcorn.
This sort of general line, there's like Claire Saffitz,
who developed the recipe, should quit her job here
and just go and make this commercially,
and collect her millions.
I told Claire she should quit her job, and do this,
but somehow she wants to make bread.
I remember it being really a little bit spicy
and also really addictive.
We were eating it a lot.
I think this popcorn is maybe the best recipe
Bon Appetit has ever created.
I think we can make more money off of this one food
and if we like put it in a bag
and had them like sold it Frito Lay
than probably the whole company does.

Mm, it's really good. Really spicy.
