Katia de Logu graduated from the Instituto Alberghiero di Torino and Etoile, where she learned the art of professional pastry making. She started her career at Pasticceria Colosseo di Torino and more recently has spent her time at Golosi di Salute working alongside Luca Montersino assisting him in demonstrations and various courses at national professional institutes.
Raised in the midst of the FIAT headquarters in Torino, Katia is all too familiar with the characteristics that make a FIAT great. Now the Head Pastry Chef at Eataly, Katia honors the legacy of the FIAT 500 1957 Edition, and the release of the original “Nuovo 500,” daily with attention to detail and a passion for her customers.
