Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights, starts tomorrow night, ushering in eight days of family, eight days of gifts, and...eight nights of Hanukkah dinners. Oy vey! That's a little stressful, and we get it: it takes a lot of planning, time, and energy to make that many dinners for over a week straight. So we're doing a mitzvah and giving you a Hanukkah dinner menu a day, complete with latkes, salad, entree, and dessert. All are kosher, all are delicious. So break out the gelt and start thinking about tomorrow night's dinner.
