The Leftovers
Chicken and Potato Pita Puffs: Shred leftover grilled chicken; mix with diced leftover potatoes and mayonnaise. Add chopped tomatoes or black olives. Mix well. Stuff pitas with filling. Wrap in foil; keep chilled.
