It doesn’t have to be your birthday to eat cake, and based on our most popular recipes in April, our readers found an excuse to eat cake for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The top two recipes of the month were sweet treats, and the rest were a mix of easy dinners, ready-for-spring recipes, and salads to balance out all that sugar. That’s... healthyish!
