Which Celebrities Love Cheese? These 10 Have a Hankering
We here at Bon Appétit have had the good fortune to interview many celebrities, from Jimmy Kimmel to Taylor Swift. And recently we started to notice a trend—these fine folks all share one thing in common. They really, really, really, really, really like cheese. While some food trends come and go, we're pretty confident that this one is going to stick around forever (because duh, cheese is awesome). "I’ve probably had—let’s see—two different types of cheese today. I had a little mid-morning snack of cheddar on toast and then a little cheese snack later on. I mean, the amount of exercise I need to do to stay a healthy weight is incredible. If I just cut out the food, I’d have a six-pack. I’d look like Matthew McConaughey. The only reason I work out is to live longer so I can eat more cheese and drink more wine."

If you could have a sandwich (or any other dish) named for you, what would it look like and what’s in it? Holy shit. I would have this combo as a dish; it was my favorite Southern meal as a kid. The Lil’ Ziz’ plate: Chicken drumettes, biscuits, baked mac and cheese, rice, and gravy. This lady who used to take care of me as a kid (shout-out to Mrs. Beaulah!) used to fry up drumettes for me and I’d take ‘em down by the dozen. I never see them anywhere. I also can’t find mac and cheese I really like. My preference is obviously baked style, but with a little crispiness up top.

What six foods are always in your refrigerator?
TS: 1. Eggs. I love making buckwheat crepes with ham, Parmesan cheese, and a fried egg on top. It’s my go-to breakfast. 2. Thinly sliced ham and chicken from the deli. I like to always have the option to make someone a sandwich. 3. Orange juice. I drink it with breakfast every morning. 4. Diet Coke. Because it understands me. 5. Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. 6. There’s always some sort of binge food–like a tube of cinnamon rolls or a giant tub of cookie dough. Because I’m that girl.

It’s your last meal on Earth. What’s for dinner? ** This is a little morose. I mean, Do you enjoy your last meal or are you being carted off to be electrocuted? Hmmm, let me see. Let’s say, French onion soup with a really thick layer of like melted cheese. Pizza from Sam’s in East Hampton. A McDonald’s cheeseburger. And let’s throw a lobster in there. Basically, everything I love but don’t eat because I don’t want to be carb-faced.
