Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour; 1/2 cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder; 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt; 1 cup powdered sugar; 3/4 cups (1 1/2 sticks) chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes; 2 large eggs; All-purpose flour, for work surface; 1 1/2 cups cups heavy cream; 1/2 cup coffee beans, crushed with a rolling pin; 2 tablespoons light corn syrup; 14 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate (64%–72% cacao), chopped; 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes; 1/2 cup coarsely chopped almonds; Flaky sea salt, such as Maldon; Caramel Hard Sauce (see recipe)
