1” piece horseradish, peeled, thinly sliced

tsp black peppercorns, crushed or chopped

ounces vodka

  1. Combine horseradish, black pepper, and vodka in a large jar. Cover and let sit at at least 3 days and up to 1 month. Strain before using.
