Sparkly Ginger Margarita

Name: Sparkly Ginger Margarita
Ingredients: 1½ oz. Patrón Silver Tequila; 1½ oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice; 2 dashes of orange bitters; ¾ oz. ginger syrup*; Splash of soda (to taste); 2 tsp. sugar; 1 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. powdered ginger; 1 lime wedge (can use a leftover piece after squeezing for juice); 1 sprig fresh rosemary

Hilary Cadigan’s Sparkly Ginger Margarita packs a one-two ginger punch with ginger syrup *and* powdered ginger. Top it with seltzer for a bit of fizz this February. Produced in partnership with Patrón Tequila.
