Ingredients

oz. Bombay Sapphire
3
oz. premium tonic water
2
cups water
1
cup granulated sugar
1
cup hulled and chopped strawberries
1
Tbsp. black peppercorns, crushed
1
oz. strawberry black pepper syrup (recipe follows)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine water, sugar, strawberries and crushed black peppercorn in a small saucepan. Cover and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain off solids.
Step 2
In a large balloon glass, squeeze the lime into the glass, then add the strawberry syrup and Bombay Sapphire Gin. Stir. Fill the glass with ice. Add tonic, stirring as you pour.
Step 3
Garnish with strawberry and lime.
