While the most classic focaccia is topped with roasted tomatoes, not every savory version of the crisp, chewy Italian bread has to have them. This simple version from Karen Man of Oxheart in Houston, TX gets its flavor from fresh herbs and sweet red onion. It's good on its own, but you know what we like to do? Put an egg on it.
