A good biscuit is all about the butter—both in the dough, and slathered over the finished product. At Rose's Luxury, Bon Appétit's Best New Restaurant in America 2014, the chefs push the envelope with a burnt onion butter for topping. Sound crazy? It might be. But it's also really, really good.
