Chris's challenge for Rawlston is braised chicken thighs, of course featuring a healthy dose of vinegar.

Join Carla Music in the Bon Appétit Test Kitchen as she makes meatball subs! We like the combo of spicy and sweet Italian sausage, but use any uncooked sausage you like—merguez or chorizo would work.
Check out the recipe here: https://weightloss-tricks.today/recipe/sausage-meatball-sandwiches
Get your hacksaws ready (but not actually -- leave it to the pros), because we challenged Molly Baz to master whole animal butchery. In this episode, she was under the tutelage of her dear friend Lena Diaz, a butcher at the Greene Grape, who showed her the ins and outs (literally) of a pig, from the Boston Butt to the leaf lard.
Filmed on 2/12 and 3/3/20.
The shape of pastry tip you use for this churros recipe is very important. If the tip isn’t closed, or rounded off, the churros may break as you’re frying them (we used size 845 tips). Keep that in mind if you’re using a different size—the cook times may vary. The sugar matters, too. Conventional granulated is too fine and raw sugar is too coarse—it won't stick to the churros.
We’re back with another episode of It’s Alive with Brad and today the big guy is preparing sous vide ribs to pack away and bring into the great outdoors for finishing over a roaring grill. Brad’s Mountain Ribs are topped with a sweet and spicy sauce made with fermented black bean paste, honey, chilies and other fun stuff, resulting in fall-off-the-bone goodness.
It's Alive with Brad Leone is back for episode 80 and this time Brad is making fermented pasta sauce. Brad uses campari tomatoes, but you can use any type of tomato you want for this recipe. Just make sure not to put to much onion in the sauce, Pauly!

Join Brad Leone in his backyard as he makes pork chops, flat bread and some vegetable slaw on the side. He uses an outdoor flattop propane burner, but you can use a cast iron skillet if you don't have one of those (and let's be real, who does other than Brad?).
We challenged resident Bon Appétit supertaster Chris Morocco to recreate chef Bobby Flay's cheddar black pepper waffles with sausage in the Bon Appétit Test Kitchen. The catch? He'll have to identify what he's making with a blindfold over his eyes, letting each of his other senses guide the way.
