As If You Need An Excuse to Eat Cookies (and Bacon) for Breakfast

We know bacon and chocolate were made for each other, but bacon and oatmeal? And raisins? When they're in a cookie, yes. The unlikely bedfellows produce a sweet-salty-chewy combo that's pretty darn irresistible. It's also another example of what we like to call a "breakfast cookie." We smell a trend, and it smells freshly baked.
