We're big fans of alternative cheesecakes around here. NOT that we have anything against the classic cream cheese-based confection--it's a dessert table staple--it's just a little too heavy for June.

But this recipe from Waterbar in San Francisco is a cheesecake fit for summer. The secret ingredient? Goat cheese, which lends the mixture a light, earthy tang. And to cut the richness, it's spiked with freshly squeezed lemon juice and topped with mixed berries. So now you can enjoy cheesecake all year 'round. What more can you ask for?
