Not that grandma's pound cake was bad or anything, but if she knew this trick about keeping it moist with some cream cheese in the batter, we might have put less whipped cream on top (only a little less, though). This version from our friends at Cakes & Ale gets a nice, thick coating of citrusy glaze, but we'd take it plain (and toasted, mmm) any day of the week.
