Here’s the menu for The Food Lover’s Cleanse Day 5. If you've never had chia seeds before, today's satisfying breakfast pudding (yes, pudding) will turn you into a believer. For a snack later, a quick miso soup you can make at the office (or anywhere) is the perfect foil to a chilly winter afternoon. And as always, if you have trouble tracking down any ingredients, feel free to substitute or ask us on Twitter or Facebook. Senior web editor Alex Beggs is cleansing along, and her grocery store didn't have broccoli rabe, so she's going with the O.G. stuff instead. She's also a self-professed (controversial) "salad hater," and turns her leftover lunches into grain bowls. Just remember, it's all about being healthy-ish.
