Everyone loves one-pot dinners, those easy-to-make, satisfying-to-eat, breeze-to-clean meals that are perfectly designed for weeknights. Turns out, the same concept works when applied to one of our favorite pieces of kitchen equipment: the sheet pan. We went deep on one-sheet meals in our March issue. And this morning, Bon Appetit EIC Adam Rapoport spread the gospel of the one-sheet method on the Today Show, making our Wasabi Salmon with Bok Choy, Green Cabbage, and Shitakes and a one-sheet take on a classic, Pork "Saltimbocca" with Roasted Onions and Potatoes, for the perky morning crew. Why not give one of our one-sheet dinners a whirl tonight? The recipes are all tested and approved by the BA Test Kitchen so all you have to lose is a bunch of dirty dishes.
