[upbeat music] [laughter]
[dishes clank] To me, entertaining means
making people feel super welcome in my home.
The seasons really define our rhythm up here.
Now that the weather is getting cooler,
I'm serving a hearty, roasted chicken dinner.
Tonight, I'm setting the mood
with artisanal dinnerware [dishes clank]
and a huge chopping block, so I can bring
the chicken right to the table to serve it.
I'm layering lots of poofs, pillows and sheepskin throws.
The softer the better,
so everyone can really cozy up and relax.
[group chatters]
I wanna make sure the atmosphere
is really comfortable and laid-back,
where everyone can help themselves
and just really get to know each other.
[laughs]
Sometimes, there's nothing better
than an intimate, cozy get-together.
With lives as busy as ours,
we need to create a little ambiance
so you can really step away and relax.
