As a chef, my days can be stressful,
and there's nothing that I enjoy more
than coming home to a nice, cold glass of milk.
And so I'm starting with Grape-Nuts and whole milk.
The richness of the milk and the subtle flavors
will really compliment each other.
Take five or six blackberries, granulated sugar,
a fresh vanilla bean, and then I'm just gonna muddle
that all together.
I'm gonna strain the milk right into the beaker.
Then I'm just gonna strain it directly into the glass.
Garnish with one last vanilla bean.
It's the perfect way to cap off a long day.
