When hosting a large dinner party,
pasta's my go to.
And a chilled glass of 2% milk
is the perfect combination of refreshment and balance.
I toasted the prosciutto in the pan,
added some heavy cream, Parmesan, and fresh black pepper,
added my spinach fettuccini and topped it off
with a poached egg.
Cutting through the richness of the pasta,
and the saltiness of the prosciutto,
this dish is the perfect marriage of both
temperature and texture.
And the 2% milk just really brings it all together.
Make milk the perfect pairing for your next dinner party.
