As a chef, I understand that everyone's palate
is different.
I, personally, like a chilled glass of 2%.
So, for this milktail, I'm using 2% milk.
I'm just gonna use a small spoonful of the phenyl pollen,
a little bit of honey.
Give that a little wisp, and topping it off
with a cardamom foam.
2% is actually, in my opinion, the best for foam,
and we're just garnishing with this beautiful little sprig
of phenyl.
I cannot wait to dive into this delicious milktail.
