If you knew Sara or myself, you'd quickly discover neither of us is quick to relinquish a good glass of wine or cocktail at any time of year. We figured many of you might feel the same. Yes, this is a cleanse, but no, it doesn't have to mean complete deprivation and utter misery. After all, we're hoping many of these habits and tweaks stick with you far longer than the first two weeks of January. The following cocktails have amped up health value and lower alcohol content.
