Right now, you're cookied-out. It's Christmas, after all—cookies' annual moment in the sun. But in January, when you're on day 11 of your "new diet" (or our Food Lovers' Cleanse) and your boot camp workout class has kicked your ass for the umpteenth time, you'll harken back to the days of Chocolate-Pistachio Sablés and Speculoos Buttons. Our advice? Stash some semi-healthy cookies in your freezer for when the craving hits. These oatmeal-raisin slice-and-bakes last for up to 3 weeks when frozen, so they'll be there for you when you've had enough of your high-protein, low-carb meals.

But you know what? If you eat them all up right now, that's okay, too. It's Christmas, after all.
