We love getting your RSVP recipe request submissions. Mostly because we get to check in with what's going on in the rest of the country—we can't just go to the coolest new restaurant in Des Moines, Iowa or Manchester, New Hampshire on a whim. That's where our readers come in. You guys are our eyes and ears when it comes to restaurants in our huge, great nation, and the recipes you request to be printed in our R.S.V.P. section in the front of each issue help us keep a finger on the pulse of the national food scene.

So start requesting! Dropping us a line is easy: Just post a picture or description of your dish in our comments, send your request to rsvp@bonappetit.com, or tweet us at @BonAppRSVP. All you need to tell us is the dish name, the restaurant, and the city. The rest is up to us. Check out the awesome recipes that readers have requested in the slideshow above, and make sure to ready your camera phone when you go out to eat (we know you already do). Then, get snapping.
