There are endless possibilities
when planning a summer harvest dinner.
The flowers and fruit at the market this time of year
are just so beautiful
that it makes everything pretty easy.
When I host a seated dinner party at home
I love to bring out some of the more luxurious details.
They're an instant mood setter
and they make everything feel a little more elevated.
For the main course I'm serving roasted lamb chops
with red onion, pomegranate and mint
on this Marin dinnerware
which I love because it complements
the colors of the food so well.
(laughter)
I love how food brings everybody together
and it just gives me so much joy
to see everyone around my table having fun,
laughing, drinking and just completely relaxing.
