Of the many, many recipes we publish, there are bound to be a few favorites that steal the spotlight. From seasonal showstoppers to comforting classics, these are the recipes our readers can’t get enough of. Head right this way for all of our greatest hits.

Summer is just around the corner, and if the most-clicked recipes of May were any indicator, we couldn’t want it to come sooner. The most popular recipes this month leaned heavy on heating up the grill and prepping copious amounts of salads. Take, for example, this easy Caesar dressing recipe—with a jar of anchovies and some quality egg yolks, it comes together faster than the time it takes for you to run to the grocery store and get the meh bottled stuff. Or our Tuna Niçoise recipe that brings big, briny Mediterranean flavors to the table along with late-spring fare like baby potatoes and green beans.

Pollo asado was also a crowd pleaser. This spatchcocked grilled chicken is dunked in a sour citrus marinade, lightly charred, and finished with wedges of lime.
