The 10 Most Popular Recipes in June

It has been months since a holiday that gives us a day off of work, but hey, 4th of July is right around the corner. Spend your well-deserved mini vacation by making a summery icebox cake, fruit tart, or pineapple slushy—three of our most popular recipes in June. Readers were also cooking one-pot pasta (because who has time to do dishes?), Instant Pot glazed ribs, and more. Check ‘em all out below.

Instead of hours in the oven, you only need to cook ribs in the Instant Pot for nine minutes. A quick char on the grill (or a few minutes in the broiler) gets the sticky-sweet-spicy glaze caramelized. This is weeknight grilling at its finest.

All hail lazy Caesar, the cheater’s version of the excuse-to-eat-croutons-and-cheese salad. Doctor up store-bought mayonnaise with garlic, anchovies, lemon, mustard, olive oil, and Parm, and you’re in business.

You already have garlic breath from that Caesar salad, so you might as well eat a lot of caramelized onion and garlic dip. It just makes sense.

This slushy is an anti-inflammatory triple-threat thanks to the tart pineapple, spicy turmeric, and zippy ginger. But it looks like a cocktail, and kind of tastes like one too.

Aw, shucks—this is an amaizeing recipe. Dad jokes aside, this fresh corn-studded muffin will be the hit of every barbecue you go to, and is great toasted for breakfast too.

Grilled carrots work great as a vegetarian main, but this is also a side dish that gets better as it sits. The lemon-honey-chile-ginger sauce soaks into the carrots, and fresh mint and avocado help to balance out any spiciness.

These are veggie burgers that won’t fall apart or fall through the grill grates. The secret ingredient is almond butter, and just trust us on this one. It helps hold everything together and doesn’t taste like your morning toast, we promise.

We like this tart with blueberries and blackberries, but don’t hold yourself from experimenting with any fresh berries you find at the farmers’ market. The key here is letting the crust bake until it’s reallllly well browned, so don’t be afraid if it gets darker than you’re used to.

Mint and peas? Together? In pasta? Yeah, it just works. Seven ingredients come together for a lightning-fast, one-pot meal that could be weeknight dinner or great for a dinner party.

We lost our collective chill over this blackberry icebox cake, which is made in a bowl, turned upside-down, and plated like a museum-worthy masterpiece. It only has six ingredients and uses store-bought blackberry jam for most of the filling. And whipped cream and Nilla Wafers. What more do you need in a summer dessert?
