Ingredients: Nonstick vegetable oil spray; 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour; 5 tablespoons natural unsweetened cocoa powder; 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt; 14 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped (do not exceed 70% cacao); 1 1/4 cups (2 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces; 1/4 cup hot strong coffee; 1/4 cup Baileys Original Irish Cream; 2 cups sugar; 2/3 cup (packed) dark brown sugar; 7 large eggs; 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped high-quality white chocolate (preferably Lindt or Scharffen Berger)
