ounces ginger beer (preferably Gosling’s)
6
ounces dark rum (preferably Gosling’s Black Seal)
2
ounces fresh lime juice
Lime wedges (for serving)

Step 1
Combine ginger beer, rum, and lime juice in a blender and freeze 3–12 hours (mixture will be partially frozen).
Step 2
Add 2 cups ice to mixture and blend until thick and smooth. Divide among glasses and garnish with lime wedges.
