Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups whipping cream; 10 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped; 1/2 cup all purpose flour; 1/4 cup sugar; 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature; 1/8 teaspoon salt; 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature; 1/2 cup sugar; 1/4 cup (packed) dark brown sugar; 1 large egg; 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract; 3/4 cup all purpose flour; 1/4 teaspoon baking soda; 1/8 teaspoon salt; 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips; 2 pints dulce de leche ice cream
