Name: Kahlua-Walnut Brownie Bites
Yield: Makes about 24 Servings
Ingredients: Nonstick vegetable oil spray; 3/4 cup all-purpose flour; 1 tablespoon natural, unsweetened cocoa powder; 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt; 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter; 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder; 5 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped, plus 1/3 cup chips or chunks; 3/4 cup sugar; 1/4 cup muscovado sugar or light brown sugar; 3 large eggs, beaten to blend; 2 tablespoons Kahlúa; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1/3 cup chopped walnuts; Edible gold dust (optional)
