You (Yes, You!) Can Get Recipes from Your Favorite Restaurants
We've all been there: Digging into a restaurant dish and thinking, "Man, I wish I could make this at home." You might try to replicate it in your own kitchen, but miss those few ingredients that really make the dish sing. What about that steak made it so rich (it was coffee), and just how, exactly, do you smoke cashews (wood chips and a pot)? It keeps you awake at night. Which is why we want to help you.
Enter our R.S.V.P. column: You request a recipe for a beloved dish at a great restaurant, and we try our darnedest to get it for you. And getting in touch with us is easy: Just post a picture or description of your dish in our comments, send your request to rsvp@bonappetit.com, or tweet us at @BonAppRSVP. All you need to tell us is the dish name, the restaurant, and the city. The rest is up to us.
