We managed to round up the chefs from our September article Hot 10: Best New Restaurants In America, and they served a feast. We paired gin martinis with a dry-aged porterhouse from Austin's Jeffrey's and Josephine House, scooped up Joule's beef tartare with pine nuts and Asian pear, and young upstart Ari Taymor of Alma, the Best New Restaurant in America, made us his Seaweed and Tofu Beignets with Lime Mayonnaise.
