Having learned classic technique at La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, Jeanne has developed recipes for Bon Appétit, Cooking Light, Fine Cooking, Weber, Diamond Nuts, Crate and Barrel, CB2, and the US Potato Board.
