These Golden Globes Dresses Remind Us of Food
Last night, we were one of NBC's 19.677 million viewers ogling the gorgeous dresses that graced the 71st Golden Globe Awards' red carpet. Lena Dunham went bold with a billowy yellow number, Jennifer Lawrence looked a bit like a marshmallow (or a tied tenderloin), and Zooey Deschanel's Oscar de la Renta nailed that "hipster wedding" vibe she was clearly going for. But, as usual, we were thinking about food before thinking about fashion. As each starlet glided past the cameras, their fancy get-ups reminded us of our own recipes. Peep the hunger-inducing pairings—and maybe when you watch the Oscars red carpet, you'll be thinking of lemon tarts and sautéed kale, too.
