Of the many, many recipes we publish, there are bound to be a few favorites that steal the spotlight. From seasonal showstoppers to comforting classics, these are the recipes our readers can’t get enough of. This February, our recipes banked on shortcuts to help us get dinner on the table in a snap. Take, for example, these peachy chicken thighs that rely on bagged frozen fruit to speed up prep time. Because the frosty peaches are pre-peeled, pitted, and sliced, all you have to do is reduce them into a jammy sauce. Also on the list: these herby cauliflower fritters that use frozen riced cauliflower. The frozen bits get mixed with tender herbs, Parmesan, and panko before the balls are sizzled until they’re crispy and golden.
Dessert, of course, is always on the menu. Baking projects were among our most-clicked, like this fudgy gluten-free chocolate cake that had even the test kitchen staff fooled, and a nutty chocolate and oat cookie studded with tart cherries. Read on for the other recipes that made the list.
