Of the many, many recipes we publish, there are bound to be a few favorites that steal the spotlight. From seasonal showstoppers to comforting classics, these are the recipes our readers can’t get enough of. Summer is fully upon us, and the most popular recipes of June showed it. Slushies galore, sturdy salads, and shareable desserts all made the list. Take, for example, this crisp and cold Watermelon Cucumber Slushy, brightened up with champagne vinegar and a lick of salt. (Because, hey, summer doesn’t really begin until that first juicy watermelon is wedged open, right?) Or this Classic Coleslaw, loaded up with shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and the creamy-sweet-briny trifecta of mayonnaise, honey, and apple cider vinegar. The slaw comes together in just 15 minutes and gets better in the fridge, making it a top summer potluck contender. And another crowd favorite: this jiggly Giant Panna Cotta, served in a shareable casserole dish, spiked with a heavy dose of vanilla, and finished with balsamic-macerated berries.
